Women’s Health

We provide a Women’s Health Service at Durri ACMS every Wednesday from 9.30am. 

About the program 

• Promote Preventative Health for Aboriginal and Tores Strait Islander. 

• Cervical Screening Test for women.  

•  Mammograms. 

• Sexual Transmitted Infection (STI) Checks. 

• Early Pregnancy Counselling.  

• Postnatal Health Checks. 

• Referral to GP for Abnormal Results, Contraception, and Infertility. 

• Education re: menopause and other Women Health issues. 

•  Assist GPs in Procedures. E.g., Mirena Intra Uterine Device (IUD) Insertions.
